DD2 with her 'borrowed dog' called Truus.
We used to have a dog for years but since our last dog passed away we decided not to take a new one. DD2 loves dogs and she misses it very much. Two times a week she takes Truus (who lives a few houses from us) with her for a walk and some cuddles. They are a good company together.
